All the granitas are entirely gluten free, the milk-based flavors similar to ice cream, four euros for an excellent granita.It gets really crowded

The granitas at "Bam Bar" are the best I've ever tasted (between Catania and Messina). The staff, in particular Mr. Saro, is really kind! This little gem of Taormina is the only place where you can truly eat gluten-free.
