I'm celiac and I've been eating the ice cream at this ice cream shop for several months now. Even though the owner very honestly told me from the start that he doesn't have certification and isn't listed in the AIC directory I still wanted to try because he guaranteed me he makes everything gluten-free and pays a lot of attention to contamination. For me it's important to eat a quality product, besides gluten-free, otherwise I could buy it at the supermarket!

they say everything is gluten-free but they have gluten cones and everything is mixed together.. little trust
