absolutely not recommended....when asked if they also had gluten-free, the answer was: there's something but the air is contaminated.....what kind of answer is that?

Hello Mr. Davide, I'm the owner of Acqua&Mais, I'm sorry you didn't have a good experience at our restaurant, you could still have asked to be given a list of our "gluten-free" products and to the extent possible we would have accommodated you. I remind you that we weren't born as a restaurant for celiacs but we still try to meet your needs. Enjoy your stay in Venice.

no trace of gluten-free... they don't even know what it means... it doesn't make sense that it's in the guide!!!
