Spacca brings to Bergamo Alta its crispy focaccia, folded like a piadina and filled with typical Italian ingredients, from savoury to sweet to fried options. On request, the dough is also available gluten-free (identifiable by a dedicated sticker) and lactose-free, with attention paid to keeping ingredients separate for coeliac customers.
