The menu selection isn't huge (Schar bread roll and hot dog with fries) but the gentleman is uniquely kind and helpful.

I didn't have a good experience at all, the bread not suitable for making hot dogs, if you use Schär products there are mini baguettes, (with what I paid I could invest in better bread at the bakery)

I got to know this street vendor because of a loved one's celiac disease. I'd add, besides the comment above, that the kindness and friendliness of the gentlemen is exemplary and I let them know it. And a service like this helps, within the limits of the food served, to close the gap with those who can eat everything. Worth trying! Elmar Wurstelstand via Museo near number 35 Bolzano.

I've just been to Bolzano and discovered this street fast food place that sells the typical frankfurter sandwiches, gluten-free too. It has a separate little table for celiacs, DS bread to heat up, gluten-free frankfurters, to enjoy with ketchup or mustard. It's marked with a sign "Gluten-free products on request". It's located on Via del Museo, right in the center, usually next to the Calzedonia shop. Enjoy your sandwich everyone!
