Four days of 100% gluten-free street food in Formigine (Piazza Italia): food trucks with fully gluten-free menus, a market, talks and music, with free admission.

From 5 to 8 December 2026, Festival Senza Glutine comes to Formigine, at Piazza Italia: the travelling festival that brings food, discovery and fun to Italian squares with just one rule – everything strictly gluten-free. The heart of the event is its food trucks with 100% gluten-free menus. Among the specialities served at the festival's stops: arrosticini, arancini, smash burgers, freshly filled cannoli, Tyrolean rösti and many more dishes from all over Italy, to be enjoyed with complete peace of mind. Alongside the street food you'll find a market with producers and artisans of gluten-free products, craft beers and local specialities, a talk area with meetings and workshops featuring experts, nutritionists and chefs, plus music and street performers. Admission is free every day, from morning until late evening. The detailed programme and opening hours for this stop will be published on the festival's website and social channels.
