On Saturday 14 November 2026, Margharet, author of the blog Ricette di una mamma celiaca, holds a new gluten-free cooking course in Forlì devoted to pizza and its variations. Participants make her home recipes: thick, fluffy pan pizza, crispy pizza strips and pizza baked in a countertop oven just like at the pizzeria, the last one as a demonstration. Every dish is tasted and all participants receive the course recipe booklet. The course starts at 15:00 at Casa Romagna - L'Osteria, in Piazza Saffi. To avoid any cross-contamination, each participant must bring a bowl, a chopping board (silicone is fine), a rolling pin and a spatula.
