Description
Caplèt & Friends is the festival dedicated to the cappelletto, one of the symbols of Romagna cuisine. For its second edition, Piazza Kennedy in the heart of Ravenna hosts six stands from local restaurants, a stall of Sardinian biscuits and products and the CIA farmers' market, along with cooking shows, talks, performances and the Trenino Teo, a little train for touring the city. For those living gluten-free there is the Zero Farina stand, a restaurant from Cesena where every dish is gluten-free and lactose-free: in the square it serves cappelletti and other Romagna specialities. Dishes are paid for with tokens sold at the cash desks. The full programme is on the festival's official website.
