On Saturday 17 October 2026, Pan Reale Senza Glutine, an artisan bakery in Modena specialising in gluten-free products, celebrates Bombo Day: a whole day devoted to bomboloni (Italian filled doughnuts), offered at the special price of €1 each. Alongside the bomboloni there is all-you-can-eat gnocco fritto, the quintessential Emilian speciality, also made gluten-free. Everything served is gluten-free, so people with coeliac disease can choose with complete peace of mind. The event takes place at the bakery in Via Omero 61, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm non-stop.
