Description
The third edition of the Aeronautica Militare Balloon Cup returns to San Damiano Military Airport in San Giorgio Piacentino (PC): an international FAI category 2 hot-air balloon competition, with crews from all over the world taking on precision and distance tasks. Alongside the competition, three days of shows and aviation culture: displays by the Frecce Tricolori, tethered hot-air balloon flights, historic aircraft flypasts, flight simulators, meetings with pilots and experts, flight-themed workshops for adults and children, and live music. For anyone on a gluten-free diet, the event's food area will include food trucks or stands from venues offering a dedicated gluten-free service. Admission is free.
