Mountain pasture farmhouse at 2,400 meters, along the Passo Gavia road, run by the Confortola family with livestock and a dairy on view. The kitchen offers mountain-pasture dishes with zero-kilometer ingredients and dedicated attention to those living gluten-free: homemade gluten-free bread and desserts and care in preventing contamination. Open seasonally from mid-June to mid-September, reachable by car, on foot or by bike from Santa Caterina Valfurva.
