Driving along the A1 about 30 km from the Orte toll booth, it's worth exiting at Magliano Sabina for lunch or dinner at Agriturismo Il Giglio, and if you're not in a hurry you could even stay the night. Everything excellent, bread and pasta, gluten-free too, homemade. Honest price. Lots of friendliness and excellent service.
